Twilight in the Park FAQ

1. How do I access the livestream?

The livestream will be accessible on Facebook Live and through a public Vimeo link which will be available soon. Once the link is available we will send it to participants by email and post it on our website and social media pages. The livestream will begin at 5:45pm on September 25, 2021. The video will be free and open to the public, however, you will only receive a luminaria kit at home if you have selected that option while ordering.

2. How will I get my luminaria?

If you are attending the event in person, you will find your luminaria(s) set up for you when you arrive at Deering Oaks Park. Luminarias are personalized and will be arranged in alphabetical order by last name.

If you are choosing to participate virtually by watching the livestream, please select that option while ordering and we will mail you a kit that has everything you need to assemble your luminaria(s) at home.

3. Can I change how I plan to attend after I place my luminaria order?

Yes. If you selected the livestream option while ordering and later decide you want to attend the event in person, no additional action is needed. All luminaria orders will be set up and lit at Deering Oaks Park. However, if you selected the in-person option and later decide you want to watch the livestream, please email or call 207-289-3643 by Thursday, September 9th so we can mail you your luminarias and event program in time for the event.

4. Can I place my order online?
