2. How can I order luminarias if I don't want to purchase them online?

In addition to ordering luminarias online, you can order by phone by calling (207) 289-3643, or order by mail by printing this order form and mailing it to our office at:

3. What is the deadline to order luminarias?

If you want your name and the names as they appear on your luminarias to be listed in our event program, your order must be received by Monday, September 11th.

Otherwise, all online and mail-in orders must be received by noon on Thursday, September 21st to ensure luminaria placement at Deering Oaks Park.

You may also order luminarias at Deering Oaks on event day.

4. How will I find my luminaria(s) at Deering Oaks?

Hospice of Southern Maine will place your luminaria(s) at the park on the day of the event. They will be placed in alphabetical order according to the last name as it appears on the luminaria. You can always ask an event volunteer to assist you!

5. Can I take my luminaria(s) home with me when I leave?

Absolutely. You are welcome to take your luminarias home, but please ask a volunteer to remove the candles first!

6. Where in Deering Oaks Park will Twilight be held and where can I park?

Twilight will take place in the Children's Ravine (splash pool) area of Deering Oaks Park. If you enter the park from the Deering Avenue side, you'll see our big tent.

There is public parking along the three streets that border the park, Deering Avenue, Park Avenue, and State Street, as well as in the Hadlock Field/King Middle School parking lot on Deering Avenue, and along King Court Road inside the park. A few handicapped parking spaces will be available at the event site along Farmers Market Road.
