Access Department - Admissions RN, Full Time 9:30am-6:00pm

Bereavement Department - Bereavement Services Manager & End-of-Life Educator, Full Time 

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, with concentration in social work, counseling, or psychology required 
  • Professional experience with grief and loss with a focus on working directly with the education, support and counseling of bereaved individuals is required

Development Department - Annual Fund, Marketing & Events Coordinator, Full Time

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Non-profit fundraising, event management, and social media marketing experience required
  • Proficiency with graphic design software, website platform management, Microsoft Office and Raiser’s Edge or other CRM/fundraising database experience required (Raiser’s Edge experience is preferred)
  • Virtual event management and grant writing experience preferred
  • Prior experience in hospice/ healthcare or higher education setting is preferred

Development Department - Major Gifts Officer, Part Time (24-Hours)

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree and/or advanced certification such as CFRE preferred
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience and demonstrated success in soliciting gifts required
  • Documented record of prospecting, cultivating, soliciting, and successfully closing gifts of $1,000 and higher preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Experience and proficiency using fundraising software required, experience using Raiser’s Edge preferred

Finance Department - Accountant, Full Time

  • Associate’s degree in accounting required; bachelor’s preferred

  • Registered Nurse licensure, with current approval to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by the State of Maine
