We are looking for individuals who are interested in helping us provide the best end-of-life care possible and are accepting applications for the following positions:  

Development & Outreach Department - Community Liaison, Full Time

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • 2 years business development/outreach/public relations experience or comparable experience with proven outcomes required
  • CRM experience and understanding required
  • Healthcare and/or Hospice experience preferred

Gosnell - Nurse Practitioner, Per Diem

  • Completion of approved nurse practitioner program; Master’s preferred
  • Three or more years of experience working in an inpatient or nursing facility, internal medicine or family practice environment required
  • Experience in a hospice program preferred
  • Registered Nurse licensure, with current approval to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by the State of Maine.  ARNP-CNP required
  • Current certification through the ANCC or AANP

Home Program/Gosnell - Chaplain, Per Diem

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in theology, divinity, religion, counseling or equivalent required
  • Professional pastoral counseling in healthcare, home care, hospice or palliative care setting required
  • Ministerial license, ordination or endorsement from a faith tradition

Home Program- Hospice Aides, Full Time, Per Diem
$SIGN ON BONUS$ for full time positions

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CNA Certification required. Must be active and in good standing with the Maine State CNA Registry
  • 1 year CNA/HHA/HA experience preferred
  • Hospice or oncology experience preferred

Home Program - Registered Nurses, Per Diem

  • Graduate of a NLN accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
  • Registered nurse in the State of Maine required
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience required
  • Home care, hospice or oncology nursing experience preferred

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
  • Minimum of 1 year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
