Access Department -  Admissions RN, Full Time 9:30am-6:00pm

  • Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing program required; BSN or CHPN preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Non-profit annual fund and event management experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Raiser’s Edge or other CRM/fundraising database experience required; Raiser’s Edge and virtual event experience is preferred
  • Grant writing and social media experience preferred 
  • Experience in hospice/ healthcare or higher education setting preferred

Gosnell - Nurse Practitioner, Per Diem  

  • Completion of approved nurse practitioner program; Master’s preferred
  • Three or more years of experience working in an inpatient or nursing facility, internal medicine or family practice environment required
  • Experience in a hospice program preferred
  • Registered Nurse licensure, with current approval to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by the State of Maine
  • ARNP-CNP required
  • Current certification through the ANCC or AANP

Human Resources Department - HR Director, Full Time 

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care, business, or related field required
  • Certification in human resources preferred
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of human resources related experience, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compensation, required
  • Senior level management experience required
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Must possess an ability to think and make decisions strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally required
  • Must demonstrate outstanding skills in verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with employee infection control strongly preferred
