Access Department - On-Call/Triage Nurse (RN), Full Time 

  • Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred
  • Minimum of two years of RN experience required
  • Home care, hospice and/or oncology nursing experience preferred

Development & Marketing Department - Major Gifts Officer, Full Time

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience and demonstrated success in soliciting gifts required
  • Advanced degree and/or advanced certification such as CFRE preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Experience and proficiency using fundraising software required, experience using Raiser’s Edge preferred
  • Documented record of prospecting, cultivating, soliciting, and successfully closing gifts of $1,000 and higher preferred

Human Resources - Clinical Educator, Full Time

  • Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing program required; BSN required, MSN preferred
  • Experience in home and inpatient care settings required
  • Proficient in palliative symptom management and end of life care required
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required
  • Experience in hospice/palliative care required
  • Teaching or equivalent experience required
  • Experience using an electronic documentation system in a clinical setting required
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation required
  • Proficient with MS Office suite required
  • Must have knowledge of computer based/e-learning platforms
  • A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
  • Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Maine

Human Resources - HR Director, Full Time

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care, business, or related field required; Certification in human resources preferred
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of human resources related experience, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compensation, required
  • Senior level management experience required
  • Experience in healthcare, employee infection control and volunteer programs strongly preferred
  • Must possess an ability to think and make decisions strategically. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally required. Must demonstrate outstanding skills in verbal and written communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
