Administration - Clinical Services Director, Full Time

  • Bachelor’s in Nursing degree required; Master’s degree in health care administration, nursing, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior level management experience required, including experience serving as a member of the senior-most leadership team
  • 3 years of experience in a hospice or palliative care setting preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in leading change, inspiring people, improving efficiency, and meeting or exceeding budgets is required
  • A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered
  • Active APRN-CNP and/or Registered Nurse License in the State of Maine required
  • Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care required; if not certified, certification must be secured within two years

Development & Outreach Department - Community Liaison

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • 2 years business development/outreach/public relations experience or comparable experience with proven outcomes required

Home Program- Hospice Aides, Full Time, Per Diem

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CNA Certification required. Must be active and in good standing with the Maine State CNA Registry
  • 1 year CNA/HHA/HA experience preferred
  • Hospice or oncology experience preferred

Home Program - Registered Nurses, Per Diem

  • Graduate of a NLN accredited nursing program; BSN required
  • Registered nurse in the State of Maine required
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience required

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; college experience preferred

Human Resources Department - Clinical Educator, Full Time

  • Graduate of a NLN accredited nursing program; BSN required; MSN preferred
  • Experience in home and inpatient care settings required
  • Proficient in palliative symptom management and end of life care required
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required
  • Experience in hospice/palliative care required
  • Teaching or equivalent experience required
  • Experience using an electronic documentation system in a clinical setting required
  • Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Maine or current licensure in a state participating in the multistate privilege to practice compact with Maine

Human Resources Department - Employee Training & Development Manager, Full Time

  • Graduate of a NLN accredited nursing program; BSN required; MSN preferred
  • Degree in training, education or related field strongly preferred, but additional education or certification in adult learning and/or training will be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive learning and employee development experience required
  • Prior experience in instructional design and proven experience developing effective training tools required
  • Experience with traditional and modern training methods and techniques for adult learning (e-learning, classroom style, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, etc) required
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation required
  • Proficient with MS Office suite required
  • Must have knowledge of computer based/e-learning platforms
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments required
  • Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Maine
