Hospice of Southern Maine is a nonprofit 501 (c)3 organization.  Your charitable donation ensures that we can continue to provide high quality end-of-life care for patients and families.  With your support, we provide care to under or uninsured patients and volunteer, bereavement, and education programs.

Designated memorial gifts are also meaningful ways to express sympathy, love, and respect while remembering your family and friends.  Should you wish to make a memorial gift, please send your donation to the address below and include:

  • the name of the person you would like to honor; and
  • the name and address of the family member you would like us to notify of your gift.
