Once you decide to receive hospice services, a Hospice of Southern Maine professional will work with you and discuss your goals of care to determine what care settings are best for you and your family.
Whether you choose to receive services at home, at a long-term care facility, an assisted living facility, or at our Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, you and your family will receive support, education and individualized care from our team of professional staff and trained volunteers.
